Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and staff activities.
• Lead and motivate retail team members to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Manage staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
• Support inventory management, including stock replenishment and visual merchandising.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
