Position Summary Licensed Chiropractors are hired as full‑time W‑2 employees to provide exceptional patient care by evaluating and treating patients with musculoskeletal injuries using our proven, evidence‑based treatment model. Focus areas include hands‑on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise instruction, and patient education, while administrative and staff management are handled by Airrosti. Responsibilities Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Perform hands‑on manual therapy techniques. Instruct patients in therapeutic exercise and home care regimens. Document patient progress using the customized ICD‑10 compliant EMR. Collaborate within a network of chiropractors and physical therapists. Requirements Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree or actively pursuing the degree. Passion for patient care. Exceptional palpation skills and above‑average hand/grip strength. Affinity for soft tissue work and rehabilitation; experience with ART, MFR, or similar techniques is preferred. Preferred experience as a full‑time chiropractor of at least 2 years, but this is not required. Compensation & Benefits $84,000–$100,000+ (FIRST YEAR) for DCs with 0–5 years of experience. $90,000–$120,000+ (FIRST YEAR) for DCs with 5+ years of experience. Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance.
