Kitchen Leadership Opportunities — Opening Team Jack’s All Day | NYC
Jack’s All Day, an American Kitchen & Bar, is seeking experienced Kitchen Leaders to join the opening team of our newest restaurant and bar in the heart of the Theater District on Restaurant Row.
Created by a well-established, family-owned restaurant group with a long history of building beloved, high-volume restaurants in NYC, Jack’s All Day will offer an energetic, all-day dining experience centered around warm hospitality, great food, classic cocktails, and a lively neighborhood atmosphere.
We are currently hiring for:
- Sous Chef
- Kitchen Manager
- Lead Line Cook
We’re looking for strong leaders who thrive in fast-paced environments, lead by example, and are passionate about building positive kitchen culture from the ground up.
What We’re Looking For- Experience leading high-volume restaurant kitchens
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage and motivate kitchen teams
- Commitment to consistency, cleanliness, and food quality
- Calm, professional leadership under pressure
- Strong understanding of kitchen systems, prep, ordering, and execution
- Full-time availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- NYC restaurant experience preferred
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and service execution
- Lead, train, and develop BOH team members
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
- Maintain sanitation and DOH compliance
- Manage prep, inventory, ordering, and labor controls
- Support hiring, onboarding, and scheduling
- Work closely with ownership and FOH management to create a strong guest experience
