Sleep Center Coordinator

The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a leading healthcare organization in Helena, MT to recruit a skilled, dedicated and compassionate Sleep Center Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated sleep professional to help lead daily operations, support clinical excellence, and enhance the patient experience in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. Working closely with the Sleep Center Manager and Medical Director, this position helps create a seamless, compassionate patient experience while supporting high-quality diagnostic sleep services.

Schedule: Full-Time

What You'll Do Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate patient flow and room utilization, support patient education for home sleep studies, and perform and/or score sleep studies as needed
• Serve as a key problem-solveraddressing patient, provider, and operational concerns in real time to keep the department running at its best
• Maintain clinical equipment, support compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, and contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives
• Assist with staff coordination, development, and long-term planning that supports the continued growth and success of the Sleep Centerall while upholding the mission, vision, and values of the organization

What We Are Looking For Qualifications:

• Education, Experience & Certifications: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Previous experience working in a sleep lab required
• Supervisory or coordinator experience in a Sleep Lab or Respiratory Care department preferred
• Current Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) & BLS certifications required and must be maintained
