Position Summary The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) supports the Director of Nursing in overseeing clinical operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and promoting high‑quality nursing care. This role is ideal for a strong nurse leader who is hands‑on, organized, and committed to staff development and resident outcomes.
