Responsibilities Provide a full range of salon services, including haircuts, color treatments, highlights, waxing, and specialty services. Work with clients to understand their desired look and give professional recommendations. Prepare and maintain a clean and organized workstation. Attend regular trainings, seminars, and annual recertification to stay current with industry trends. Deliver excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications Valid Cosmetology or Barbers license required. Benefits Starting hourly wage of $18 + color commission + retail commission + all tips. No secret paycheck surprises.
