Schedule / Job Type

Contract (13 Weeks) | Nights (3x12 Hours, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) setting
• Work night shifts on a 3x12-hour schedule, including every other holiday and 3 weekends per six-week schedule
• Float to NICU and Acute Care Pediatrics units based on staffing needs and within scope of practice
• Complete specialty-specific orientation modules during onboarding

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in Virginia (pending license accepted; must be in hand by the Wednesday before start date)
• Current BLS certification
• Current PALS certification
• Epic EMR experience required
• BSN preferred
• Must meet all unit-specific experience requirements prior to submission

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Pediatric cardiac experience
• Prior travel nursing experience in a pediatric critical care setting
