Occupational Therapist (Swing Bed)
This is a 13-week contract position.
Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. (60 min lunch)
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will participate in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings for swing-bed services and may float to acute care services as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized therapy services to patients in a swing-bed setting.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Assess patient needs and create appropriate therapy interventions.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and progress notes.
- Participate in team meetings and discussions regarding patient care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
- Must have a valid state licensure (OK or compact license required).
- Preferred experience with Meditech charting system.
