Refrigeration Technician

Commercial Refrigeration Service TechnicianWe are seeking an experienced and dependable Commercial Refrigeration Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment.This position involves traveling to customer locations to perform service, repairs, preventative maintenance, and equipment installations while providing professional and courteous customer service.Responsibilities:Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration systems and equipmentTroubleshoot refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical problemsService walk-in coolers and freezers, reach-ins, display cases, ice machines, and related equipmentDiagnose and repair compressors, condensers, evaporators, motors, controls, and refrigeration componentsPerform preventative maintenance and equipment inspectionsRecover, evacuate, charge, and leak-test refrigeration systems as requiredRead and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and equipment manualsMaintain accurate service records and documentationCommunicate repair recommendations and equipment conditions to customersMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentFollow all company safety procedures and applicable refrigerant regulationsRespond to emergency and after-hours service calls when scheduledQualifications:Previous experience servicing commercial refrigeration equipment preferredStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilitiesEPA 608 certification required or preferredValid driver's license and reliable driving recordAbility to work independently and manage multiple service callsAbility to lift equipment and materials and work in confined or temperature-controlled spacesExcellent customer service and communication skillsHVAC/R schooling or technical training is a plusWhy Join Us?We value skilled technicians who take pride in their work and understand the importance of keeping our customers' refrigeration systems operating safely and efficiently.
