The role works with CDO staff, students, employers, and alumni to plan and implement career services events and programs (panels, workshops, networking events, etc.) throughout the year. The coordinator provides financial management services—processing reimbursements, invoices, and requisitions—and administrative support for the judicial clerkship application process. Additionally, the position offers general office support and reception duties as needed. The Coordinator will aid in creating a supportive environment for career development programming. Required Skills Bachelor's degree required. 1 to 2 years of administrative office experience. Experience working in higher education preferred. Strong analytical and data management skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
