Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Job Summary:
Matchly Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our client's team in Detroit, Michigan. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify individualized needs and develop effective treatment plans
Design and implement interventions to address behavioral challenges and promote skill acquisition
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure collaborative care and optimal outcomes
Provide training and support to caregivers, family members, and educators to promote consistent implementation of behavior plans
Maintain accurate and timely records of assessments, progress, and treatment outcomes

Requirements:
Master's or doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or BCaBA
Minimum of 2 years of experience in ABA or related field
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to work effectively with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
