About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with GQR Healthcare to find a qualified PACU/Pre-Post Op RN in Sylmar, California, 91342!

**Job Title: PACU • Registered Nurse • Days (3x12s)**

**Location:** Los Angeles, CA
**Start Date:** ASAP
**Duration:** 13 weeks
**Schedule:** 36 hours/week, 3x12•hour day shifts

**Requirements:**
• Active CA RN License
• AHA BLS/ACLS/PALS, MAB or CPI, LA City Fire Card, Life Safety Card
• COVID vaccination and booster if eligible
• 1+ year recent PACU experience in acute care
• ICU•level care experience for post•procedural patients

**Responsibilities:**
• Adhere to CA patient ratio laws
• Monitor vital signs, manage post•anesthesia complications
• Administer medications in PACU setting
• Follow PACU protocols and ensure patient safety

**Additional Details:**
• No block scheduling or on•call
• Flexible floating required
• Holiday availability needed
• Extension and overtime opportunities with approval
• Scrub Color: Any preferred, Navy Blue or Black
• PPE provided, on•site parking available
• EMR: Cerner
