Reliant Health Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team on a full-time basis. This role will allow you to leverage your clinical expertise while working remotely, delivering essential mental health services to individuals in need. Work Environment\nThis position is fully remote, offering the flexibility to manage your work-life balance while serving a diverse client population. While the counseling services are delivered through telehealth platforms, our outpatient office remains open for collaborative meetings and community engagement when necessary. Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments to determine client needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies. \n
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation that meets all regulatory and internal standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems. \n
- Employ evidence-based assessment tools and techniques as specified by the clinical team to ensure effective treatment. \n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to individual client needs. \n
- Take an active role in all licensing and accreditation processes to maintain the facility’s standards. \n
- Serve as a liaison connecting clients with relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners, fostering a collaborative care network. \n
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to meet contractual obligations and reinforce our mission in the community. \n
- Engage with local, state, and federal agencies to secure partnerships and funding opportunities that enhance our service offerings. \n
- Participate in ongoing professional development through attending relevant conferences, workshops, and state meetings to stay abreast of industry best practices. \n
- Model and promote the mission, values, and principles of the agency in daily operations. \n
- Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director. \n
The LMHC role at Reliant Health Center specifically focuses on supporting individuals facing various mental health challenges—ranging from stress and anxiety to more severe emotional disturbances. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling is required. \n
- Must possess an Independent LMHC License as issued by the state board. \n
- Demonstrate the ability to maintain accurate clinical records and prepare comprehensive reporting documentation. \n
- Possess strong collaborative skills, working effectively in an interdisciplinary team environment. \n
- Communicate ideas clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing. \n
- Exercise sound judgment and make independent decisions based on professional expertise and client needs. \n

- Previous experience in a counseling role, especially in outpatient or community mental health settings. \n
- Familiarity with evidence-based practices and interventions. \n
- Strong organizational skills and experience with EHR systems. \n
- Ability to engage with a diverse client group and adapt treatment approaches to meet varied needs. \n
