As a Security Officer Mobile Patrol Driver in Sioux Falls, SD , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment through exceptional customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with AU Driver Policy requirements. Bring integrity, teamwork, and reliability to a role where people come first.

Pay Rate: $19.48 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and/or vendors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response protocols as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of food production, warehouse, parking, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, document observations and incidents, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
