Candidates must be able to demonstrate a passion for the service industry, dedication to learning, demand for quality, reliability, pride in their work, strong leadership skills and ability to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast paced environment. The Big Biscuit is currently serving 32 locations in Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas and Oklahoma! What You'll Be Doing:- Oversee daily front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations
- Execute opening and closing procedures according to company standards
- Ensure food quality, ticket times, and service flow meet brand expectations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant environment
- Assist with inventory management, ordering, receiving, and waste control
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching of team members
- Provide performance feedback and uphold company policies
- Manage labor deployment and staffing levels
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Assist with scheduling, reporting, cash handling, and deposits
- Monitor KPIs and help identify opportunities for improvement
- Promote a positive, team‑oriented culture
- 1–2 years of restaurant leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication, coaching, and conflict‑resolution skills
- Ability to lead in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment
- Organized, reliable, and committed to operational excellence
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Local food handlers and ServSafe certifications is a plus!
- Weekends and holidays are required
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8–10 hours)
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 40 pounds
- Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
- Ability to work in varying temperatures (kitchen heat, cooler storage)
- Ability to navigate a busy dining room and kitchen safely
- High‑volume breakfast and lunch service
- Fast‑paced, team‑driven atmosphere
- Requires strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Daytime Schedule, operating hours are 6:30-2:30
