Sr. Product Manager, Tech, Selling Partner Trust

You'll pioneer innovative solutions to improve enforcement communication for selling for our global selling partners and the satisfaction of millions of customers worldwide.You will own:- Develop and execute product strategy that aligns with business objectives and customer needs- Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and business units- Analyze complex data sets to derive actionable insights and inform product decisions- Build and maintain strategic roadmaps for trust and compliance initiatives- Partner with international teams to ensure global product effectiveness- Balance technical constraints with business requirements to deliver optimal solutions- Establish clear accountability frameworks and drive project execution- Influence core system architecture decisions through direct partnership with engineeringKey job responsibilitiesYou must be able to:• Work with internal customers to understand their use cases and their existing solutions.• Collaborate with partner engineering teams to drive the product roadmap to improve our enforcement communication experience• Address bottlenecks, provide customer input, anticipate and make tradeoffs and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.• Partner with multiple tech and product teams across multiple locations with varying sets of priorities to ensure a timely delivery of the solution.• Clarify and drive project commitments as well as establish and maintain clear chains of accountability.• Have the ability to query and analyze data, and come up with insightful findings out of data. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
