Responsibilities Attend industry conferences Engage with customers and suppliers Actively engage on cable specifications committees Connect market demand to product needs Lead new product development Manage the full product lifecycle Collaborate cross-functionally Travel to customer sites and events Requirements Engineering degree (Electrical, Mechanical, Materials) 5+ years of product development engineering experience Wire and cable industry experience Data center experience Experience with UL, CSA and NEC standards Experience with cable specifications Ability to work onsite 5 days per week Leadership ability to influence cross-functional teams Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in product development engineering within the wire and cable industry, with a strong focus on managing the full product lifecycle and adhering to UL, CSA, and NEC standards.
