Industrial Inside Sales– Baton Rouge
FULL-TIME
$20-$25 / Hr. based on experience
Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm
Express Employment Professionals, a full-service staffing and recruiting firm, is currently seeking a reliable and hard-working Inside Sales Representative for an Industrial Manufacturing Company in East Baton Rouge. The primary responsibility will be to respond to phone, fax, and email inquiries about price quotes, discounts, parts availability, and order status. Must be able to interact with customers and the sales department to process orders and quotations accurately. 1 year of previous industrial sales experience preferred.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES for Inside Sales Representative:
- Interact with customers and various departments in a professional manner.
- Respond to phone, fax, and email inquiries about price quotes, discounts, parts availability, order status
- Obtain basic parts information from Cad Drawings and other internal documents
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs
- Must project a strong customer focus, be able to deal diplomatically with customers, and project a positive corporate image
- Good organizational skills, able to establish priorities and work to specific deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work overtime as needed
