What You’ll Do Engage with homeowners and small business or farms through provided leads, self-generated leads, referrals, and community outreach. Conduct in‑home and virtual consultations to assess energy needs and present customized solar solutions. Guide customers through financial options including tax and energy savings programs. Achieve and exceed sales targets (30–45% close rate expected on qualified leads). Maintain accurate records in our CRM and ensure timely completion of all documentation. Become a local ambassador for clean energy by developing a strong community presence. Who You Are High‑Energy Sales Pro – You thrive in performance‑based environments and enjoy engaging with people. Experienced – Previous in‑home, direct, or B2C sales experience preferred (solar, home improvement, or similar industries a plus). What You Bring Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to self‑generate leads and work independently in a field‑based role. Willingness to work evenings and weekends to meet homeowner availability.
