Job Title: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (Locum)

Join a well-established healthcare facility in the heart of Pittsfield, Massachusetts, where you will work in a collaborative environment with supportive OR staff. This opportunity includes an 8-hour shift pattern and a 6-month contract, with the potential for a locum-to-perm conversion. You will be an integral part of a team that handles a variety of surgical procedures, supported by a modern documentation system (Meditech Expanse).

• Provide anesthesia for a range of surgical cases, including adult and pediatric patients.
• Perform IV regional, spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia.
• Work closely within a supervised setting to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Participate in the management of obstetrical and neurosurgical cases.
• Document patient care and anesthesia management accurately in Meditech Expanse.
• Collaborate with surgical teams in a main OR and endoscopy settings.
• Adhere to established protocols and policies for patient safety.

• Board Certified by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) - Required
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications - Required
• Active Massachusetts state license, or willingness to obtain - Required
• Minimum of 2 years experience preferred (new graduates are welcome)
• A Self-Query NPDB report must be submitted during the application process - Required

• Massachusetts state nursing license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
