Job Summary
Entech Staffing is seeking dependable and hardworking Production Associates to support daily manufacturing operations. Employees will assist with the production of plastic components, inspect finished products for quality, package materials, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Operate or assist with production equipment and plastic molding processes.
Inspect plastic parts for defects, damage, and quality standards.
Trim, assemble, sort, and package finished products as required.
Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality guidelines.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
Meet production goals and daily performance expectations.
Report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or quality issues to a supervisor.
Maintain reliable attendance and arrive on time for scheduled shifts.
Perform additional production duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Ability to lift and move materials as required by the position.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not always required.
Work Schedule
Employees may be assigned to first, second, or third shift based on production needs. Overtime and weekend availability may be required.

Physical Requirements
Standing and walking for extended periods.
Repetitive hand and arm movements.
Bending, reaching, and handling production materials.
Lifting within the limits established for the position.

Safety and Attendance Expectations
Employees must follow all company safety policies, wear required personal protective equipment, maintain consistent attendance, and report to work on time and ready to begin their scheduled shift.
