Director, Stakeholder Engagement Strategy & Operations, Ad Boards

Revolution Medicines seeks a Director to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of global medical advisory boards. This Medical Affairs role involves cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Clinical, and Research teams to ensure compliant, impactful stakeholder engagement aligned with company priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, planning, and execution of global and regional medical advisory boards
• Develop compliant advisory board processes and oversee cross-functional insight sharing
• Partner with Commercial, Clinical, and Research teams on agenda design and strategic alignment
• Manage operational execution including vendor oversight, contracting, logistics, and budgets
• Establish governance structures, standard operating procedures, and best practices for advisory boards

Requirements

• 10+ years Medical Affairs experience in biotech or pharmaceutical companies
• Advanced degree in life sciences (MS, PharmD, PhD) preferred
• Knowledge of global regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, PMCA, EFPIA, IFPMA)
• Demonstrated expertise in advisory board strategy and operations management
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with vendor oversight, contracting, and budget management
