Duties
Act as a liaison between the patient and the healthcare delivery system by providing an effective two-way channel of communication.
Use basic measurement tools and techniques to collect, analyze, and report on quantitative and qualitative data and information.
Assess patient satisfaction through analysis of patient complaints and review of patient questionnaires.
Participate in and conducts customer relations training for all personnel involved in the delivery of health care.
Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of patient safety, healthcare risk management, quality, and performance improvement initiatives.
