Retail Sales Associate Responsibilities As a Retail Sales Associate, you will work inside a high-traffic retail partner location representing Brightspeed products and services. This is an inside retail sales role focused on customer engagement, product education, and closing sales. Key Responsibilities: Engage customers and promote Brightspeed Fiber and DirecTV products and services in a high-traffic retail location Execute sales strategies to attract new customers and grow market share Educate customers on the benefits of high-speed fiber internet and premium TV packages Deliver personalized service while building trust and long‑term relationships Maintain compliance and uphold both the retailer’s and partner brands’ standards Consistently meet or exceed sales goals Retail Sales Associate Qualifications High School Diploma or GED (Required) 1+ year of retail sales, customer service, or face‑to‑face sales experience (Preferred) At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working in a high‑traffic retail sales environment Ability to perform essential job functions, including standing and walking for the duration of an 8+ hour shift Goal‑oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets Basic technology proficiency (POS systems, mobile devices, tablets) Flexible schedule availability, including weekends as needed Ready to Take the Next Step? #J-18808-Ljbffr DSI Systems, Inc.
