Position Summary Be an integral part of an agile organization and contribute to the development of one or more CRD/Alpha Platform modules. We will match candidate's existing knowledge and career interest to the company’s priorities to help you build knowledge and practical hands‑on experience in one or several of the areas below: Full Stack Development Front‑end UI/UX development Responsibilities Work under modest supervision to design, develop, test, and debug small to medium software enhancements and solutions within the business and technical problem domains. Develop, test, debug, and implement software programs, applications and projects using Java, C#, SQL, JavaScript or other related software engineering languages. Write unit and automation tests to ensure a high‑quality end product. Conduct manual tests to ensure a high‑quality end product. Participate in code reviews. Actively participate in the agile software development process by adhering to the CRD scrum methodology, including attending all daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. Qualifications Education B.S. degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or other technical course of study required. MS degree desirable. Experience A minimum of 2 to 5 years of progressively responsible professional software engineering experience. Demonstrated skill with object‑oriented programming, data structures, compiler or interpreter technologies, embedded systems, operating systems, relational databases (RDBMS), scripting and new/advanced programming languages. Able to work on small to medium sized projects with moderate supervision. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Able to work well with peers in a collaborative team environment. Experience working with an Agile development methodology is desired. Salary Range Salary Range: $70,000 - $118,750 Annual. The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
