What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and resolve sewer and drain line blockages

• Operate drain cleaning equipment, augers, hydro jetting systems, and sewer cameras

• Perform sewer camera inspections to identify line conditions and service needs

• Educate customers on recommended repair and service options

• Accurately complete service documentation

• Keep your company vehicle organized and ready for daily service calls

• Participate in scheduled on call and weekend rotations

• Assist with plumbing services, sewer repairs, and excavation projects as needed

• Travel to residential and light commercial job sites throughout Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and the surrounding service area

What You Need

• At least 3 years of experience in drain cleaning, sewer service, or plumbing

• Hands-on experience with drain cleaning machines and sewer cameras

• Hands-on experience with hydro jetting equipment is preferred

• Valid driver's license

• Ability to work independently while delivering professional customer service

• Ability to lift equipment and perform work in residential and light commercial environments
