Dr. Stephanie Gruenes Center for Cosmetic Dentistry is currently hiring for a full-time Dental Assistant to promote proper oral health care practices in the Becker, MN area. This dental assisting position earns a competitive wage of $30.00 to $35.00 per hour, depending on experience. DAY-TO-DAY As a Dental Assistant, you provide invaluable support to our practice! You are a friendly and compassionate person who is committed to providing excellent patient care. In this role, you help create a positive experience for our patients from the moment they sit in the chair to the moment they leave. Before every appointment, you thoroughly sterilize the room and all the instruments. Watching for problem areas, you conduct initial mouth screenings, take X-rays and teeth impressions, and apply fluoride to children's teeth. When needed, you also assist the dentist with crown, bridge, and teeth whitening. After every appointment, whether it be a general cleaning or a more complex procedure, you discuss proper care instructions with our patients and the repercussions of not following the advice. You maintain up-to-date records and radiographs for every patient so we can keep track of their progress. You love helping others take care of their teeth and instilling more confidence in their smiles! Our patient care hours are Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. ABOUT DR.
