You will:Define strategic learning initiatives to advance Social Work and Spiritual Care practiceDesign, create, curate and implement trainings and supplemental materialsBe part of a highly skilled interdisciplinary training teamExplore and implement optimal learning & development frameworksCollaborate with clinicians, leaders and community expertsCreate new pathways to improve patient and employee experienceSupport organizational culture, development and sustainabilityExtend supervisory hours to ASWs, contributing to the next generation of LCSWsSchedule:Tuesday - Thursday; 8:30am - 5:00pmLocation:Hybrid - 2 days onsite required in any one of our Larkspur, San Francisco, Sonoma, San Mateo or Pleasanton Offices; 1 day remoteBy the Bay Health follows all CDPH vaccine requirements for healthcare personnel.Education/Experience:Master of Social Worker required.Minimum of five years Clinical social work experience or equivalent, preferably in a health care setting providing clinical services in the areas of life-threatening and chronic illness.Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:LCSW requiredPay Range:$46.60 - $58.35 hourlyBy the Bay Health is proud to serve our community as an equal employment opportunity employer.
