Job Description

Machine Operator – 1st Shift

We are hiring a dependable Machine Operator to join a manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating production equipment, following established processes, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a safe and efficient production environment.

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment
Follow production instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines
Measure and inspect products to ensure quality and accuracy
Make basic machine adjustments as needed
Monitor the production process and report any issues
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Perform basic equipment cleaning and routine maintenance
Safely handle materials and production supplies
Meet daily production and quality goals
Work effectively as part of a team

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Pay: $17.00/hour
Experience: Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
