Hourly + Benefits + Overtime
You've put in the years. You know your way around a lift, you can read a spec sheet without hand-holding, and you're tired of being treated like a warm body instead of a tradesperson. 12-Point SignWorks has been building Middle Tennessee's brands for 17+ years — we're BBB A+ accredited, 3M Certified, and known for work our clients actually rave about. Now we're growing, and we want installers who take the same pride in the work that we do. The Work
No two days look the same. You'll install across a wide range of commercial projects:
- Channel letters & dimensional letters
- Monument and cabinet signs
- Vehicle & fleet wraps
- Interior & exterior signage, wayfinding & ADA signage
- Window graphics & murals
- Vinyl graphics and large-format printing
- 2+ years commercial sign installation experience (required)
- Comfortable and safe on ladders and lifts
- Can read and work from installation drawings
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation
- Shows up, does it right, doesn't cut corners
