Principal Product Manager

Owns a high-impact, cross-functional product domain and guides both strategic direction and tactical execution. Act as a product leader, aligning teams, coaching peers, and influencing executive stakeholders.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Define and lead product vision, strategy and long-term roadmap for high-priority, complex product areas based on stakeholder needs and business benefits.
• Drive alignment across development, technology, marketing, and other cross-functional partners.
• Use data to inform decisions and validate hypotheses through experimentation and analysis.
• Deliver measurable impact through well-executed product launches and continuous iteration.
• Translate market and customer insights into a compelling roadmap and actionable plans.
• Represent the voice of the customer at every stage of product development.
• Influence senior stakeholders and contribute to company-wide product direction and prioritization.
• Serve as a thought leader within the product organization and mentor other product managers.

Education & Years of Experience:

Minimum - 4 Year Bachelors in Marketing, Technology, Business or Related

Minimum - 8 Years of Agile/Scrum Methodologies, Product Management or related

Preferred - 8 (specific domain)

In Lieu of Education 10 Years of Agile/Scrum Methodologies, Product Management or related within [specific domain]

License/Certifications/Training:

Preferred - Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)

Compensation & Benefits:

Typical hiring range: $106,500.00 to $182,600.00 Annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge.
