This position offers the opportunity to represent a prestigious automotive brand within a leading dealership known for its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and guide them through the selection and purchase of Lincoln automobiles. Maintain in-depth knowledge of Lincoln vehicle models, features, and financing options to effectively communicate benefits to customers. Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. Collaborate with the sales team and dealership staff to meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Participate in ongoing training and product knowledge development to stay abreast of industry trends and new vehicle arrivals. Manage sales documentation and compliance with dealership policies and procedures. Requirements Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably with luxury or high‑end vehicles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer‑focused approach. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
