Sales Enablement Platform Specialist

LHH is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Enablement Platform Specialist to support the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the Seismic sales enablement platform. This role will focus on content management, platform support, user training, reporting, and cross-functional project coordination to ensure a seamless and effective sales enablement experience. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of sales enablement or platform support experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. What You Will Do

• Manage and maintain sales and marketing content within the Seismic platform while ensuring brand consistency, document standards, and accurate page layouts.
• Support platform administration, upgrades, enhancements, and optimization initiatives to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
• Provide day-to-day support to sales teams by assisting with platform access, troubleshooting issues, and resolving user inquiries.
• Assist with onboarding and training new Seismic users, including guidance on best practices and platform functionality.
• Maintain tracking spreadsheets and monitor document review processes, project milestones, and task completion statuses.
• Prepare weekly progress and status reports to support project visibility and operational tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ongoing Seismic-related projects and initiatives.
• Perform additional administrative and support duties as assigned.

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or Training & Development.
• 1–2 years of sales enablement, platform administration, or related support experience preferred.
• Experience working with sales enablement platforms; Seismic experience strongly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to support and train users effectively.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and task management abilities with high attention to detail.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and recommend solutions.
• Experience with eLearning tools, LMS platforms, sales organizations, or financial services environments is a plus.

Pay Details: $25.50 to $26.00 per hour
