Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active Florida Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred.
Documentation of recent experience with restorative nursing programs, ADL training, and fall prevention preferred.
Demonstrated ability to complete Medicare/Medicaid documentation and skilled notes preferred.
Client requires ability to work with geriatric patient population and common SNF equipment such as Hoyer lifts and standard therapeutic modalities.
