Veterinary Technician

Frontier Vet Express was created to give pet owners a unique experience while providing routine wellness care for their pets. We offer walk-in appointments to allow those of us with busy schedules the opportunity to be seen as your schedule allows. Due to the fast-paced world we all live in, keeping standard appointments no longer works for many families. We want to alleviate that stress and provide you a platform to move about your day more freely, with one less appointment to keep. Job duties include, but are not limited to: Animal restraint, triage of incoming patients, collection and analysis of lab samples, management and nursing care of medical and hospitalized cases with varying degrees of stability, administration of medications and effective communication of treatment plans with clients. Must be able to withstand unpleasant odors and noises. May be exposed to bites, scratches, animal waste and potentially contagious diseases.
