## Maintenance Tech 1Applylocations: Romeoville, ILtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R51945## **Maintenance Technician l****Location: Romeoville, IL****9am to 5:30pm****Pay: $ 27.00****Job Purpose**Responsible for performing preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment and facility assets within a logistics center while supporting safe operations and maintaining equipment quality.### **Key Responsibilities*** Perform assisted and occasionally unassisted preventative maintenance and repairs on all equipment and building assets within the logistics center* Learn and support maintenance of conveyor systems using conveyor control software* Safely learn and work with electrical systems ranging from 24VDC to 480V 3-phase* Ability to assist with the removal and installation of equipment* Assist in maintaining all spare parts inventory* Learn and operate computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)* Maintain assigned tools and ensure they remain in good working condition* Maintain a clean and quality appearance of all equipment and facility assets* Follow all Lock Out-Tag Out (LOTO) procedures, including execution and recordkeeping* Meets all attendance policy and lead by example for all safety standards* Perform other duties as assigned by Management**Qualifications (Required)*** High school diploma or GED required* 1–3 years of industrial or commercial maintenance experience* Ability to replace and diagnose AC/DC electric motors, mechanical drives, and gearboxes under the guidance of an experienced technician* Basic mechanical repair experience and troubleshooting abilities to include bearings, chains, and belts**Skills & Knowledge*** Able to gain a working knowledge of hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, fire suppression systems, conveyor systems* Ability to learn conveyor systems using conveyor control software* Able to safely learn various electrical systems ranging from 24VDC to 480V 3phase* Capable of learning robotics and automation equipment* Ability to learn and operate computerized maintenance management software (CMMS)**Physical Requirements*** Physically able to stand, climb ladders, crouch, crawl and lift 50lbs unassisted for extended time periods**Work Environment & Schedule*** Able to keep non-standard hours, work overtime, and be available on call occasionallyAt TD SYNNEX, our values guide everything we do: Together, We Own It, We Dare to Go, We Grow and Win, and above all, We Do the Right Thing.
