Job Overview
We are seeking skilled Forklift Operators to support operations in a modern warehouse and distribution center. In this role, you will safely and efficiently move products, support order fulfillment, and maintain accurate inventory using RF scanning technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and Crown pallet riders (walkie riders) safely and efficiently
- Pick, move, and transport products based on order requirements
- Use RF scanners to accurately pick, scan, and place inventory
- Perform pallet movement, staging, and replenishment tasks
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any safety or maintenance concerns
- Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
- Meet production targets and service level expectations
- Ensure accurate inventory handling through proper scanning, labeling, and product placement
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve workflow or inventory issues

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of CARLISLE, PA.
The pay range for this position is $20.05 - $22.00/hr.
