Because you are trained across multiple premier sites and master various security systems – from CCTV monitoring to complex access control – you develop a diverse skill set that sets you apart. Specialized Placement: We are also currently seeking a dedicated, site-specific Flex Officer for a premier client location in Rolling Meadows. What You'll Do As a Flex Officer, you are the versatile expert who ensures operational continuity and site safety. Your day-to-day includes: Risk Mitigation: Conducting critical foot patrols to proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to the property. Concierge & Customer Service: Providing high-level concierge services to clients, tenants, and guests. Strong customer service skills are paramount to your success in this role. Advanced Surveillance: Utilizing CCTV and modern security technology to maintain site safety. Access Control: Managing professional entry/exit protocols for corporate and commercial sites. Communication: Interfacing with clients and leadership via professional email and digital reporting. Shift Availability We are currently filling the following high-priority slots: Full-Time: 1st and 2nd, Shifts (Includes weekends). Requirements We are looking for professionals who are dependable, adaptable, and tech-savvy. Experience: Minimum 1 year of security experience. Technical Skills: Proficiency with CCTV, Access Control systems, and Email is essential. Mobility: Reliable transportation is required for travel between sites (covering the Downers Grove through Rosemont areas) Credentials: Must possess or be able to acquire a valid Illinois PERC card. Basics: 18+ years old, HS Diploma/GED, able to pass drug/background screens, and physically capable of foot patrols and walking stairs in various conditions.
