Ivanti Developer

Job Summary:

The Ivanti Developer is responsible for configuring, customizing, enhancing, and supporting the Ivanti Neurons for ITSM platform. This role involves translating service management requirements into effective ITSM solutions including workflows, business rules, forms, automation, integrations, dashboards, and service catalog components, all aligned with ITSM/ITIL best practices. The developer will collaborate with technical stakeholders and work within an Agile/CI/CD delivery model. Responsibilities:

Collaborate with technical stakeholders to translate requirements into ITSM solutions.
Configure and enhance workflows, business rules, forms, dashboards, and automation.
Develop and support Service Request, Incident, Change/Release, Knowledge, and Service Catalog modules.
Build and troubleshoot integrations using REST APIs and JSON.
Develop reporting and dashboards using SQL, with a preference for SSRS.
Maintain technical documentation including configurations, workflow diagrams, and release notes.
Support testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and post-production validation.
Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) activities and manage change requests through closure.
Work within an Agile/CI/CD delivery model with two-week sprints.

Required Skills & Certifications:

Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with an enterprise ITSM platform.
At least 2 years experience with ServiceNow, BMC, Jira Service Management, or ManageEngine if not Ivanti.
2+ years experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, CI/CD, or DevOps practices.
Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, and REST APIs/JSON for at least 2 years.
Strong understanding of ITSM/ITIL processes including Incident, Service Request, Change/Release, Knowledge, and Service Catalog management.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

Hands-on experience with Ivanti ITSM / Ivanti Neurons for 2 years is highly desired.
Familiarity with the Ivanti object model.
Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
ITIL certification.
Experience with low-code platform release and version management.

Special Considerations:

Must be able to participate in CAB activities and manage change requests through closure.
Work within an Agile/CI/CD environment requiring collaboration in two-week sprint cycles.
Interview may be conducted via webcam or in person.
Candidate must be able to start within 2 weeks of offer.

Scheduling:

Standard working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
