Loader/Unloader Position

The Loader/Unloader position at Union Compres Warehouse of West Memphis plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe handling of goods within the transportation and warehousing sector. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and stack goods in designated warehouse locations to optimize space and accessibility.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks in compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with warehouse team members to coordinate shipment schedules and maintain workflow continuity.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the loading/unloading areas to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist with inventory counts and documentation to support accurate record-keeping and reporting.
