Regional Maintenance Director Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the maintenance department of the Assisted Livings.
- Ensure all equipment and facilities are in top working condition.
- Manage preventive maintenance programs to uphold safety standards.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs and supply orders.
- Lead and train maintenance staff to ensure timely, efficient service.
