Receiving Associate

Responsibilities Inspect and identify aircraft parts and receive them into computer software applications Load/unload inventory onto shipping containers and flatbed trucks Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders and requisitions to determine items to be pulled from inventory Package parts to ship to customers using specific packaging methods to ensure that the parts are fully protected and compliant to customer specifications Maintain inventory controls by documenting part traceability and storing pictures using the company’s network drive and applications Pull parts from specific locations within the warehouse and stage them in areas for preparation of shipments Mark materials with identifying information using appropriate methods Validate and record amounts of materials or items received, distributed or cycle counted via appropriate computer program Weigh, count and inspect items to ensure conformance to established standards Assist in counting, tarping and movement of physical inventory Complete requisition forms to order supplies from other departments Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Maintain quality service by following organization standards Other duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills A high school diploma or GED preferred 1-2 years experience US Person status as defined by ITAR Regulations Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory Regular and predictable attendance required Basic Computer skills Data Entry Effective communication, teamwork, coordination, planning, prioritizing, time management, inventory control, record keeping, equipment maintenance, and reliability Keen attention to detail Special Requirements U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required ITAR requirement 120.15.
