We are looking to hire several Bilingual Electrical Foreman to work for a well known Space Company that are building a data center in South Memphis. The pay is up to $70 an hour, $166 a day per diem all 7 days, 70 hours a week and $50k in stock options. Job Description

The Electrical Foreman will lead crews in executing low-voltage inside-wireman work, focusing on the installation and termination of new electrical infrastructure. This role involves working hands-on with 415 V and 480 V systems, including switchgear, busway, PDU/UPS, MSBs, and grounding. The position is primarily involved in industrial and data-center construction rather than operating-plant tasks, with responsibilities to pull, land, and energize new equipment from drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews in executing LV inside-wireman work.
• Install and terminate new electrical infrastructure: conduit, cable tray, underground duct bank, cable, wire, and 480 V building and feeder work.
• Follow lockout/tagout and grounding procedures.
• Support first energization of new 480 V systems.
• Install and commission medium-voltage systems at 12.47 kV, 13.8 kV, and 34.5 kV.
• State journeyman license.
• Minimum of 5 years of industrial or data-center construction experience.
• Hands-on experience with 415 V and/or 480 V systems.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Houston, TX.

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
