Senior Operations Manager
Jones Edmunds
The Senior Operations Manager provides leadership and oversight for one or more offices delivering engineering and consulting services. This role is responsible for operational performance, people leadership, project success, and business growth for multidisciplinary teams generating significant revenue. We are looking for someone with experience in the field of civil or environmental engineering.
Requirements
• 7+ years of project management experience • 7+ years of people management experience • Knowledge of business operations and metrics • Valid driver's license PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Professional registration (PE, Geologist, Architect) • Experience with multidisciplinary teams • Municipal civil/environmental project experience Why Join Jones Edmunds?
