The Role

\n

You’ll lead major data center projects from preconstruction through delivery, commissioning and handover, taking responsibility for:

• Project schedule, budget and overall delivery
\n
• Client and stakeholder management
\n
• Subcontractor and vendor performance
\n
• MEP coordination and long-lead procurement
\n
• Commercial management, forecasting and change orders
\n
• Leadership of Project Managers, Engineers and Superintendents
\n

\n

\n

What We’re Looking For

\n

\n
• 8+ years’ construction experience
\n
• Strong background in data centers, mission critical or complex MEP-led construction
\n
• Experience managing major projects or packages
\n
• Strong commercial, operational and client-facing skills
\n
• Ambition to progress into Project Executive / operational leadership
\n
