The candidate should be a self-starter with familiarity working in an Integrated Product Team construct.This Job will be primarily located in Palmdale CA, but may consider El Segundo, or Rancho Bernardo, CA as possible work locations.Roles and Responsibilities will include:Design, develop, document, test and debug applications software and systems that contain logical and mathematical solutions.Conduct multidisciplinary research and collaborates with equipment designers and/or hardware engineers in the planning.Design, development, and utilization of electronic data processing systems for product and commercial software.Determine computer user needs; analyze system capabilities to resolve problems on program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques and controls.Prepare operating instructions.Design and develop compilers and assemblers, utility programs, and operating systems.Ensure software standards are met.General frequent use and application of technical standards, principles, theories, concepts and techniques.Demonstrates the skill and ability to perform moderately complex professional tasks.Provide solutions to a variety of technical problems of increasing scope and complexity as assignedWork is reviewed for soundness of technical judgment, overall adequacy and accuracy. Works under general supervision.Impact:Contributes to the completion of milestones associated with specific projects. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
