Intern Project Engineer

University Mechanical is currently seeking an experienced Intern Project Engineer for our San Diego CA location. UMEC offers industry-leading building information modeling (BIM) capabilities, design/build services, sustainable solutions, commercial HVAC services, and complex mechanical and industrial system installations.

The essential duties include the distribution and maintenance of the flow of documents, records, files, reports, and other information applicable to multiple projects. This includes the proper controls of such information within the company and external to the company. These duties incorporate the adherence to standard University Mechanical forms and procedures, as well as the other duties that may be assigned. At times, the specific daily tasks may vary by project type, project requirements, and project schedule.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and Bluebeam Revu, Adobe, and Lotus Notes

Compensation Range: $26 to $30 per hour (non-exempt)
