Account Manager for Allison Hornback - State Farm Agent

As an Account Manager for Allison Hornback - State Farm Agent, you are a trusted partner to both our customers and our agency team. This role requires someone who is highly organized, service-focused, and capable of juggling multiple priorities. You'll support daily operations, provide exceptional customer service, assist with claims, and act as a second set of eyes for the agent to ensure nothing slips through the cracks. This position blends administrative support with customer-facing responsibilities, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys helping others and keeping the office running smoothly.

Deliver excellent customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Manage incoming and ongoing insurance claims, ensuring follow-up and resolution.

Assist with sales conversations, policy changes, and cross-selling when appropriate.

Monitor agency workflows and help maintain operational efficiency.

Support the agent in reviewing files, catching details, and ensuring compliance.

Help manage daily office needs and serve as a go-to resource for both team members and clients.

Experience in insurance, customer service, or office management is preferred.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Friendly, professional communication style.

Ability to take initiative and support others in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable with sales and client outreach when needed.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
