Overview Vascular Sonographer (travel) for a hospital-based vascular lab in Concord, New Hampshire. Start date 10/19/2026 for a 13-week assignment with a weekly pay range of $2,608–$2,752 and no guaranteed hours. Shift consists of 10-hour days (4x10 schedule) with Wednesdays off and rotating call approximately every 4th or 5th weekend from 8am–2pm. The role supports outpatient and occasional inpatient vascular ultrasound imaging and requires in-lab collaboration with a small team of sonographers. Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,608–$2,752 per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: 10-hour days, 4 days per week Start date: 10/19/2026 Location: Concord, NH Lab setting: hospital-based vascular laboratory with outpatient focus and some inpatient exams Local/float considerations: may float to affiliated sites within the network as assigned Certifications and licensing: active NH license required at submission Responsibilities Perform arterial and venous duplex ultrasound examinations, including color Doppler and spectral analysis Obtain high-quality images and accurate measurements; document findings clearly for interpretation Correlate imaging with patient history and clinical indications; recommend additional studies when necessary Maintain patient safety and comfort during exams; follow universal precautions and infection control practices Operate, calibrate, and perform routine quality checks on ultrasound equipment; maintain organized exam workflow Communicate with ordering providers and study interpretations; adhere to lab protocols and scheduling guidelines Requirements Active NH license at time of submission (temp license applications accepted concurrently) Certifications: Registered Vascular Sonographer (RVUS/RVS) by ARDMS or Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) by CCI BLS certification required Experience: 2+ years in a dedicated vascular lab setting; same-unit experience within the last 9 months preferred; travelers with 2+ years in a vascular lab may be considered Ability to work in an acute care vascular lab environment; experience with outpatient imaging and occasional inpatient exams EMR experience; Cerner preferred but not required Benefits and Support Dedicated support from a recruiter experienced in travel healthcare Credentialing and onboarding assistance to facilitate start Assignment-specific support throughout the 13-week contract
