Senior Financial Analyst

Waste Pro USA is seeking a dynamic, analytical powerhouse to join our corporate office in Longwood, FL as a Senior Financial Analyst. Operating across 12 states with over two million customers, our fast-paced corporate finance team relies on data to make critical business decisions every day. In this role, you will take full ownership of capital tracking, annual corporate budgeting segments, and post-closing acquisition synergies. If you have an operational mindset, an eye for efficiency, and the drive to influence high-level financial decisions at our Central Florida headquarters. The Senior Financial Analyst will work with Divisional, Regional and Corporate teams to analyze trends, metrics and perform analysis to support operational and financial business decisions. Essential Job Functions Developing proformas, performing financial due diligence, post-closing transition and synergy tracking for potential acquisition targets. Assist in reviewing actual financial and operational data to identify opportunities to improve existing operations. Assist in raising capital from debt/equity sources and assist with the ongoing administration of the current and future debt facilities Leverages industry-leading process improvement methods, operational and financial experience to provide insights related to performance. Operational understanding of the waste industry and the ability to determine and share methods for achieving goals and objectives. Preparation of monthly/quarterly financial statements and debt covenant compliance calculations Assist in completing specific segments of annual corporate budget Works in partnership and consults with the appropriate departments to achieve goals and objectives. Conducts ad hoc analysis and makes recommendations. Analyzes financial and business trends and deviations (actual performance to budget/plan), KPI tracking Ensures compliance in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, corporate finance policies & procedures, internal control processes and established finance reporting requirements. Actively uses financial/accounting automation tools (e.g. Solomon, Dossier) to prepare, maintain, derive and share data.
